How is LUX.R different from EcoRing Singapore?

As a sister brand of EcoRing Singapore, LUX.R specialises in the luxury consignment of coveted high-fashion pieces. At a nominal fee, our service allows customers to sit back and relax as we search for the perfect new owners for their pre-owned designer pieces. 

What are your operating hours?

We operate on an appointment-only basis, with slots available daily between 10.30am to 6.30pm. Therefore, kindly make an appointment with us at least 24 hours in advance of your visit to ensure that we will be available to assist you during your visit.

How do I make an appointment?

Simply drop us a Whatsapp with your availability as well as the purpose of your visit (i.e. whether you’d like to buy or sell with us) and our team will advise you further.

Can I drop by without making an appointment?

We operate on an appointment-only basis, with slots available daily between 10.30am to 6.30pm. Therefore, we would strongly recommend making an appointment with us at least 24 hours in advance of your visit to avoid any disappointment.

Selling with LUX.R

What can I sell through LUX.R?

We mainly accept Hermès and Chanel items for consignment. Other branded items such as watches, shoes and jewelry will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Kindly drop us a Whatsapp if you’d like to sell items from brands aside from Hermès / Chanel and our team will provide further assistance.   

How should I take the pictures of my items to facilitate your preliminary assessment?

As items from certain brands may require specific details, our team will request for additional photos (if any) to provide an accurate estimate for your item. However as a rough guide, your pictures should include the following: 

  • Bags / Wallets – Pictures of exterior (front and back), interior, close-ups of handles, corners and straps (where applicable)
  • Watches – Pictures of front and back of the watch face, close-ups of watch strap and buckles

What type of details should I send in together with the pictures of my item(s)?

In order to receive an accurate estimate from us, kindly include the following information of your items: 

  • Model Name
  • Condition (i.e. Brand new, Unused, Slightly used, Heavily used)
  • Color
  • Accessories (e.g. Dust bag, Authenticity card, Box, Invoice etc.)
  • Material
  • Serial Number / Date Code / Date Stamp
  • Size (W x H x D)
  • Any additional information we should be aware of

Can I sell my items through LUX.R without the full set of accessories (e.g. Dust bag, Authenticity card, Box, Original receipt, etc.)?

Items that come in a complete set are generally more popular and can fetch a higher price. All items are accepted for sale with Lux.R on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to reject certain items that do not come with a complete set.

Are there any additional fees for consignment beyond the default period of 3 months?

No there isn’t. Upon the 3-month consignment period, you can either continue to leave your items with us for free, or opt to retrieve your items from us. 

If you’d like to retrieve your items after the 3-month consignment period, please book an appointment for in-store collection. Kindly note that we do not provide delivery services for item retrievals.

Are my goods safe with LUX.R?

Yes, all consigned goods are covered under our insurance policy. Surveillance cameras and other security systems are also installed to enhance the safety of items consigned with us. Furthermore, interested buyers can only view consigned items in the presence of our in-house staff. 

Buying with LUX.R

Do you have an online store?

You may browse through our complete sale listing on Carousell at and make an offer directly on the platform to reserve your desired item. If the item is already reserved by another buyer, your offer will join the reservation queue should the item become available again.

Is it possible to shop directly at your physical store?

Yes, it is possible. However, you are required to book an appointment with us at least 24 hours in advance of your visit to avoid any disappointment. 

Kindly note that all items are sold on a first-come first-served basis, hence your desired item may be reserved / sold to a competing offer before your scheduled appointment. 

We also appreciate your understanding that viewing time may be limited to the time slot assigned to you as upcoming appointments may have been scheduled for subsequent customers.

Are the prices listed on LUX.R's Carousell negotiable?

No, all prices listed on the LUX.R Carousell page is final unless stated otherwise.

Can you reserve an item for me?

Yes, please make an offer for the item you’d like to reserve. Once your offer is accepted, kindly contact us within 48 hours to schedule an appointment for viewing / collection. If we don’t hear back from you within this 48-hour period, the item will be released to the next offer(s) in line.

Do you require any deposits to reserve an item?

No, deposits are not required to reserve an item. However, each reservation will only be held for 48 hours once an offer has been accepted on Carousell. Kindly book an appointment with us within this 48-hour period to view / collect, or the item will be released to the next offer(s) in line.

Can I withdraw my offer?

Withdrawal requests will be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason provided. Kindly note that all withdrawal requests are recorded in our database and repeated cancellations will lead to deprioritization of offers made in the future.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, PayNow and Debit / Credit Cards. Please note that an additional 3% transaction fee will apply to purchases made under the Debit / Credit Card method.

Where can I collect my purchases?

You may collect your purchases at our Far East Plaza store once your order is confirmed. Kindly drop us a Whatsapp to book an appointment at least 24 hours in advance before your visit.

If you’d like to opt for deliveries instead, kindly contact us on Whatsapp and our team will advise you further.

Can I exchange or request for a refund for my purchase?

No, we regret to inform you that any exchange / refund requests for items sold will not be entertained.
